RT, Released on 8/18/20

In this episode of Keiser Report’s annual Summer Solutions series, Max and Stacy chat to hard money advocate, Alasdair Macleod of, about the headline-grabbing moves in gold prices. Goldman Sachs says that soaring gold prices are, indeed, signalling that the US dollar’s days as world reserve currency may be coming to an end. And, while they spoke before it was announced that Warren Buffett has gone long gold miner, Barrick Gold, they discuss the shift of psychology around gold from the big investors and central banks as central banks go on a ‘free money’ printing spree as even the Economist magazine notes. Finally, they review the building trade and geopolitical tensions between the rising power, China, and the perhaps declining one, the USA, and whether or not this will drive gold higher and fiat lower as the world order disintegrates.
