Former Morgan Stanley Asia Chairman Stephen Roach on what credit is saying about the state of the markets.
Stephen S. Roach, former Chairman of Morgan Stanley Asia and the firm’s chief economist, is a senior fellow at Yale University’s Jackson Institute of Global Affairs and a senior lecturer at Yale’s School of Management. He the author, most recently, of Unbalanced: The Codependency of America and China and Stephen Roach on the Next Asia: Opportunities and Challenges for a New Globalization.
Hey Steve…thanks for the “heads up”. We never would have figured this out for ourselves. Another useless talking head. Is it just me or are we up to our eyeballs in them!
PLEASE ….”Market Sanity”…..give us some real information that might be useful to us in the future. Enough already with this obvious drivel from the so called “experts”.
I can’t stress this enough, if you want REAL trading/investing knowledge then read Dan Norcini’s blog here: https://traderdanmarketviews.substack.com/.
He taught me how to trade and I promise you that you won’t find a better source of information on the entire internet. Plus, it’s free.
Please don’t misunderstand me. I don’t read the articles here to get free trading and investing advice. I read whatever I can, wherever I can, analyze what I’ve read and make my own investment decisions based upon careful deliberation. I’m sure that some readers might disagree with me, but in my opinion blindly following the trading advice of any of the so called experts, here or elsewhere, is a foolish endeavor.
The main reason that I continue to come to this site is for it’s interesting and entertaining articles and videos that often times present new information of a general nature or at least a different perspective. It may just be me, but what I am often finding lately are stale rehashes of the same old thing. It’s not your fault since you can only post what is available but it seems that many of the more recent videos/articles appear to have nothing important to say that hasn’t already been said here a number of times before and could have been omitted for being redundant. Sometimes less IS more!
It’s just one man’s opinion, but I hope that this honest feedback will be helpful to you in keeping this page fresh, interesting and as something that we can all look forward to on a daily basis.
Excellent feedback, and thank you. I really do appreciate it.
I’m going to take some time to reflect on what you said and get back to you, possibly through email if that’s alright.
Cheers!
