Pelosi’s Taiwan visit is ‘pouring salt in an open wound’ for China, says Stephen Roach

Stephen Roach, a senior fellow at Yale University, says U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan is occurring in the context of a “sharply deteriorating” relationship between the United States and China, which is “making matters worse.”

Stephen S.
