Just before the attack on Russian air assets, Senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Blumenthal were in Ukraine to meet with President Zelensky. Armstrong says, “I was told, they told Ukraine don’t pay attention to Trump. Graham said he has the Republicans in his pocket, and we will fund the war. That’s what he was saying. Look, this is treason. This is treason. The two of them should be locked up and be put on trial for treason. They have no power whatsoever to overrule the President of the United States in foreign policy.” Senators Graham and Blumenthal knew about the attack ahead of time and did not warn the President because, “They want war–and Trump does not,” said Armstrong. Again, Armstrong says, “They committed treason.”
