The triumphal response of media and some leaders in the West to the “Wagner mutiny”, that Putin is “finished” and Russia faces a “sudden collapse”, is not just wishful thinking, but betrays their intent: To attempt to carry out regime change in Russia! A NATO escalation in Ukraine, without regard to the danger of triggering a nuclear war, is playing “Russian Roulette”, according to analyst Dmitri Trenin. Neither denial of the danger, nor wallowing in a sense of powerlessness in the face of this gravest threat, is acceptable.
