Once again, Putin is being blamed for an act of terrorism which brings no benefit to Russia. In a repeat of the pattern of lies blaming Russia for sabotaging its Nord Stream pipeline, or Putin for the electoral defeat of Hillary Clinton, the TransAtlantic Disinformation Complex went into high gear, accusing Russia of terrorism, against itself! “What is it about the mental health of those who say such things?” asked the Russian Ambassador to the U.N. Good question!!!
