I am one of those people despondent at the price action of precious metals. The main difference with me and the other idiot retail investor is the recognition of the fact that I’m an idiot. I just do the opposite of what my emotions are telling me. I lose the most money on investments I feel very sure about. The fact that I’m depressed, unsure, and scared as I pick up more precious metals investments counterintuitively gives me a minuscule bit of peace. An exit strategy where I call uncle also gives me a foreboding peace and an acceptance of my humble place in the world. I hope the upcoming metal price action will reflect my current depressing state.
