Steve Hanke has his eyes on a number of geopolitical events and global conflicts, including escalations between Russia and Ukraine, the fall of the Assad regime in Syria, China’s restriction of commodities exports to the West, and much more. Steve sees a fundamental shift in the way the world is operating into a bifurcated division of East and West, where shifting alliances will redesign economies, markets, and the path of history itself. His latest book is Capital, Interest, and Waiting: Controversies, Puzzles, and New Additions to Capital Theory.
