Where’s the credible evidence Putin is a ‘sociopath on some level’?
I keep hearing it, but I’ve not seen the evidence to back it up.
That doesn’t mean the evidence is not there, but nobody I’ve heard making the allegations seems to point to said evidence when casting careless dispersions on his name.
