So what? If its nutritious, inexpensive, and tasty what else matters? Not saying anyone should be forced to eat bugs, but why be opposed to more food choices? Europeans were opposed to potatoes when they were introduced (before that wheat was the primary staple) and everyone loves them now; Fries, hash browns, mashed, baked, twice baked, cooked with meats and stews….
