Not according to the incoming Liar in Chief who claims its the Russians being decimated. Didn’t he say 600k? We won’t know the truth because that is a Russian state secret.
But as for the Ukranian deaths, well, it’s to the point where there are no volunteers, the avg. age of a Ukranian soldier is over 40, and the numbers abandoning the excursion are increasing.
How do we really know when War Propaganda is everywhere. But it doesn’t sound good for the UN Project to take Russia down.
