I’m a big fan of Bix. He has a great way of assessing the world that always gets me thinking. Sure, he’s not as radical as J Willie, who has his own charm, yet Bix routinely unearths that buried gem of info.
I bet he’d love a return to the time when the US Mint had to turn your raw silver into coinage.
On another point, before the convenience and efficiency of computers came our way, election results were counted before the end of the evening; now it takes two weeks.
Nonetheless, the gunfights will be new.
