Separating the country into citizens and non-citizens categories seems unwise. There are millions of non-citizens who are legal US residents. Recent references in alt-media have tarnished non-citizens as illegals. Many Americans are without discernment or are ignorant, and will not understand that there are categories of non-citizens. This recent categorization could lead to great unpleasantness near term.
