The housing market is headed toward a major crash, forecasts John Rubino (https://rubino.substack.com). He expects many hedge funds, private equity companies, and banks are about to have to dump real-estate at losses. Will there be bailouts this time? Rubino says there’s a good chance there won’t be. “We need companies to pay prices for bad decisions, and I think there’s a decent chance in 2024 that we see some of that.”

John Rubino is the founder of the popular financial website DollarCollapse.com which he sold in 2022. Mr. Rubino is the co-author, with GoldMoney’s James Turk, of The Money Bubble and The Collapse of the Dollar and How to Profit from It.
